Refund and Returns Policy

At Mestibaik Hair Wholesale, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Please review our policies below regarding exchanges, returns, and refunds.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a valid receipt.
  • Items must be in their original condition (unused, unopened, boxed, etc.) to be eligible for an exchange.
  • Credit notes will only be issued for items with a verified manufacturing fault. Proof of purchase must be presented in-store.
  • Electrical items can only be exchanged in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty and must be proven faulty due to a manufacturing defect, not misuse.
  • For hygiene reasons, no exchanges or returns are permitted on the following items:
    • Hair accessories
    • Hairpieces
    • Combs and brushes
  • Mestibaik Hair Wholesale does not accept responsibility for any professional product application carried out outside a salon environment.
  • No exchange or refund will be offered for accessories, electrical items, scissors, or products due to change of mind or incorrect selection, unless the item is faulty.
