Delivery Information
- We typically ship via StarTrack or Australia Post.
- Deliveries can take up to 14 business days, although we always strive for faster turnaround times.
- Once delivered, Mestibaik Hair Wholesale is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. However, we will assist with any investigations into missing parcels with our shipping providers.
- Customers are responsible for entering accurate delivery details. Incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays or loss, and reshipment costs will be at the buyer’s expense.
- Please note: A delayed delivery does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
